When I started thinking about rebuilding my life, one of the first thoughts I had was simple:
“I don’t have time.”
As a mother, my days were already filled with responsibilities, routines and taking care of my children.
Starting something new felt unrealistic.
But over time, I realized something important.
Rebuilding a life doesn’t always require large amounts of free time.
Sometimes it begins with small moments.
waiting for the perfect time
At the beginning, I believed I needed the right conditions to start.
More free time.
Less responsibilities.
A moment where everything felt calmer.
But the moment never really came. There was always something to do, something to manage, something that needed my attention.
Waiting for the perfect time only delayed the decision to start.
And the longer I waited, the more I felt stuck.
Using small moments
Instead of waiting for large blocks of time, I started using small moments.
A short period in the morning.
A quiet moment during the day.
A little time in the evening.
At first, I didn’t feel like much.
But those small moments allowed me to start learning, writing and slowly building something new.
The progress was not fast bit it was real.
Over time, those small efforts began to accumulate.
building a simple routine
After some time, I realized that using small moments worked better when I created a simple routine.
Nothing complicated. Just a few regular times in my day where I focused on learning or working on my blog.
Having a simple structure made it easier to continue, even on days when I felt tired or unsure.
It removed the pressure of doing everything perfectly and replaced it with consistency.
Little by little, this routine became part of my daily life.
progress happens slowly
At the beginning, it can feel like nothing is changing. You put in small efforts, but the results are not immediately visible.
That can be discouraging.
But rebuilding a life often happens slowly.
Small steps repeated over time begin to create real change. Even when progress feels quiet, it is still happening.
Finding time to rebuild my life didn’t happen at once.
It started with small moments, simple routines and the decision to begin even without perfect conditions.
If you feel like you don’t have time to start, you are not alone.
Sometimes the first step is simply using the time you already have, even if it feels small.
